These Terms of Service outline the mutual expectations, commitments, and responsibilities between you (the client) and Tracey Yeoman (the trainer), in relation to personal training services delivered through Kitsune Coaching Solutions.
a. Confidentiality
All personal, medical, and health information you share will be kept strictly confidential. No details will be shared with third parties without your express permission, unless required by law.
b. Recommendations
Using my knowledge, training, and experience, I will recommend exercises and lifestyle guidance tailored to your goals. If you have specific preferences or concerns, please communicate them so I can accommodate your needs.
c. Referral
I will always work within the scope of my qualifications. If at any point I believe it is in your best interest to seek support from another health professional, I will refer you appropriately and respectfully.
d. If I Need to Cancel or Am Running Late
Occasionally, circumstances may arise that require your session to be rescheduled. In such cases:
If I cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, I will make up the session at no cost to you.
If I cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, I will reschedule the session at the next available time.
If I am running late, I will extend the session or make up the missed time at a future date—whichever suits you best.
Your Responsibilities to Me
a. Disclosure of Information
Please provide full and honest disclosure of your health status during our initial consultation and notify me of any changes throughout your training. This includes physical and mental health conditions, injuries, medications, and allergies. A doctor’s clearance may be required before beginning or continuing training.
b. Accepting Potential Risks
Exercise has many benefits but can carry risks. You agree to take personal responsibility for your body and to communicate any discomfort, limitations, or concerns before, during, or after training sessions.
c. Cancellation Policy
To respect both our time and ensure fairness for all clients:
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in the full session fee being charged. If you are late to a session, I will do my best to make the most of the remaining time. Sessions cannot be extended due to other bookings.
d. Booking Deposit
A deposit equal to one session is required to commence training. This deposit is held as a bond and will be used as payment for your final session.
If the deposit is forfeited due to a late cancellation or no-show, it must be replenished to continue training.
Please notify me as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Text or call and leave a message if I am unavailable. It is your responsibility to keep communication open regarding sessions.
e. Being Prepared for Your Session
To get the most from your training, please ensure the following:
Eat a small meal or snack 2–3 hours beforehand
Stay hydrated and avoid alcohol before your session
Contact me if you’re feeling unwell
Bring a towel and water bottle
Wear suitable clothing and footwear
Arrive warmed up and ready to begin
f. Communication and Commitment
Your progress depends on your dedication and openness. While I will provide the tools, knowledge, and encouragement, the responsibility for change lies with you. If anything is unclear or isn’t working for you, please let me know—we’re in this together.
By engaging with Kitsune Coaching Solutions, you acknowledge:
You are purchasing personal training services as outlined above.All services will be delivered with care, professionalism, and in accordance with relevant Australian laws.This agreement will remain in effect until either party provides notice to end it.
Payment is due immediately after each session, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
