Cancellation Policy

At Kitsune Coaching Solutions, your time and wellbeing are valued, and I ask the same in return. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following cancellation terms apply.

Notice Periods and Refunds

More than 24 hours’ notice: No cancellation fee. A full refund or session reschedule is available.

Less than 24 hours’ notice:

With a valid medical certificate: 50% refund

Without a medical certificate: No refund applies

Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule a session with at least 12 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

Missed Appointments

If a client misses a session without notice (a “no-show”), the full session fee is forfeited.

Counsellor-Initiated Change

In the rare event that Tracey needs to cancel or reschedule a session, every effort will be made to provide ample notice and offer a suitable alternative time.

Emergency or Special Circumstances

Life happens. If you experience an emergency or unexpected situation, please reach out. Consideration will be given on a case-by-case basis, with compassion and discretion.
